Year-Round Styles

“PYRO” American Pale Ale

An American twist on an English bitter, this light fruity beer is a drink that can be enjoyed at any time! We substitute the traditional English flavor with our own unique blend of American hops. Note the initial taste of orange followed by just a hint of grapefruit. Three years in the making, our APA stands strong against any other APA on the market. It’s a beer that looks good and delivers a crisp beer taste, enough said!

ABV: 4.6% — IBU: 39 — Cans and Draft

“ROASTED” Coffee Strong Ale

Beer is one of the oldest beverages humans have produced, and Arabs began cultivating coffee in the 14th century. With histories like that, and our love for coffee being almost as great as our love for beer, how could we not combine the two? “Roasted” is a single-hopped strong ale blended with cold brewed coffee. Because we never heat the coffee, the bitter oils in the coffee remain present, but not dominant. This creates a smooth balance of bitter and sweet with hints of caramel. This award winner took third place in a brewing competition, yet we forgot to tell them it was gluten-free.

ABV: 7.7% — IBU: 22 — Cans and Draft

“RAJ-AGNI” India Pale Ale

India pale ale’s are British in origin and were brewed with an increased amount of hops in order to withstand the sea journey from England to India. “Raj” refers to the British sovereignty in India and “Agni” represents the Hindu god of fire. “Raj-Agni” is an adapted version of the historical English style that offers a balanced bitterness with a slight hint of blackstrap molasses. Using exclusively Cluster hops allows us to bring forth both spicy and floral aromas to compliment the mix between earthy flavors and sweet fruits.

ABV: 4.8% — IBU: 60 — Cans and Draft

“FUSED” Orange Blossom Honey Ale

Burning Brothers own version of Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde. We’ve taken our flagship Pale Ale and flavor-infused it. Crisp and refreshing, yet mildly sweet with floral notes, it provides a nice alternative for those looking for something not quite as hoppy.

ABV: 4.6% — IBU: 39 — Draft only

“SCORCHED” Coffee India Pale Ale

When caffeine and high alcohol just isn’t enough, why not kick up the IBUs as well? Scorched blends coffee and hop bitterness to create the perfect brewer’s breakfast beer. Smooth, caramel and malty with the earthy notes of a traditional IPA.

ABV: 6.3% — IBU: 41 — Taproom only
