Let the fine folks at Burning Brothers help ease your pain. It’s Friday and the means you should let someone else do the cooking. Tollefson Family Pork Farm provides the perfect compliment to our tap selection, with their all gluten-free (and totally non-turkey) menu which includes:

Hearty pork and bacon chili
This weekend’s tap selection:
Pyro American Pale Ale
Roasted Coffee Ale
Fused Orange Blossom Honey
Fused Cranberry
Cheers!
PS: Dane is a big poopy butt, and he told me to go ahead!
Food on Fridays (FoF) brings something new to the Burning Brothers taproom. Chowgirls Killer Catering is a women-owned, award-winning Minneapolis catering company that uses local, organic, and seasonal ingredients to create naturally good food. From American comfort food to vegetarian and spicy ethnic selections, Chowgirls’ diverse menu offers a fresh approach. Tonight’s menu includes:
Winter Squash and Sausage: Chunks of butternut, skewered and grilled with Italian sausage with a touch of fried sage and maple butter
Tofu Squares: Cornmeal crusted fried tofu topped with a dollop of house-made sriracha
Beef Stew: Thousand Hills grass-fed beef brisket, slow cooked and chock-full of potatoes, carrots, peas and love
Burning Brothers, bringing turkey and beer back to the gluten-free, just like our founding fathers intended!!
No, it’s not the forgotten holiday (at least not yet anyways). Rather, it’s a time for family, a time for friends, a time for reflection, a time for celebration and a time for gratitude.
Everyone here at Burning Brothers would like to say “Thank you” for supporting us on this crazy adventure and to wish you a safe and enjoyable holiday.
That being said, our taproom hours for Thanksgiving week are as follows:
Wednesday, November 26th: 5-8pm
Thursday, November 27th: Closed
Friday, November 28th: 4-9pm
Saturday, November 29th: 2-8pm
Taproom, Tours, Events and the Usual Suspects
Starting November 20th, Thirsty Thursdays will be in effect. That means $1 off pints and $2 off growler fills every Thursday. Yup, it’s a ploy on our part to try add some jazz to Thursday nights.
Despite the cold weather bringing an end to the season for many food trucks, in the taproom Food on Fridays continues with a variety of tables and carts.
Brewhouse tours will now officially happen on the first Saturday of each month at 4pm. First come, first served. Limit of 20. If that doesn’t work with your schedule, you might want to consider the Brews ‘n Bulbs Holiday Craft Brewery Tour.
If you have been living under a rock (which some days I really can’t fault you for), you might not have heard that the ESA has landed a robot probe on Comet 67P. What does this have to do with beer? Nothing really, but it’s still pretty cool to think about what it took to make this happen. We have a respect and appreciation for a daunting task!
Tonight in the taproom, we welcome back Moondog Fancy Meats. Come get your fill of delectable gluten-free German style bratwursts and hot dogs and pile them high with all your favorite toppings.
We’ve also decided it’s time for us to start getting into the holiday spirit with the introduction of our Fused Cranberry beer. The bitterness of hops harmonize with the bitterness of the cranberries to which we add just a touch of sweetness to create this seasonal sampling.
That’s right TACOS! Rusty Tacos will be serving in the brewery from 6-8pm tonight. Can you think of a better way to spend tonight? Neither can we. See you soon!
This weekend’s tap selection:
Pyro American Pale Ale
Roasted Coffee Ale
Fused Orange Blossom Honey
Fused Raspberry
