Beer Styles

“Pyro” American Pale Ale

An American twist on an English bitter, this is a light fruity beer that can be enjoyed at any time!

We substituted the traditional English flavor with our own unique blend of American hops. Note the initial taste of orange followed by just a hint of grapefruit.

ABV: 5.3% — IBU: 36

“Roasted” Coffee Strong Ale

We love coffee… We love beer…

How could it go wrong?

We start with a single-hopped strong ale and blend it with cold brewed coffee to create a smooth balance of bitter and sweet with hints of caramel.

ABV: 7.5% — IBU: 26

“Auntie M’s” Irish Red Ale

Millet and buckwheat make this malt forward ale perfectly balanced with just a touch of Warrior hops.

Easy drinking and a delight to any palate, this beer is an excellent example of a traditional Irish Red.

ABV: 5.1% — IBU: 27

“Parched” Lime Shandy

This shandy is bursting with fresh lime flavor, and a nice citrus tartness. The tartness balances with the hops like they were meant to be together.

Whether it’s swimming at the lake, cooking out, or just kicking your feet up, this lime shandy helps to remind us what summer tastes like.

ABV: 4.8% — IBU: 33

“Most Coast” India Pale Ale

Here is a beer that is bursting with a citrus floral nose and is packed with flavors of dank pine resin and hop bitterness.

Combine those together and you get our Midwest take on a West Coast style IPA.

ABV: 5.8% — IBU: 70

“Midway” American Lager

There is nothing better than a classic American Lager on a hot summer day.

Pale in color, light in body and low on the bitterness. This beer is the definition of an easy drinking style lager.

ABV: 5.0% — IBU: 24
